Da Conch Shack is in Blue Hills, the oldest settlement on Providenciales. Historically conch was a big part of the economy in Turks & Caicos. Sloops made by hand in Blue Hills would sail to Haiti with dried conch to trade for fruit, vegetables and meat.

Da Conch Shack sits right on the beach in beautiful Provo, Turks and Caicos. In true island spirit, it’s famous for two things: fresh local seafood and a wide selection of rum. As the name suggests, conch is the house specialty but the in-season grouper, snapper and lobster are not to be missed.The next stop was Da Conch Shack where lunch was provided.
