Blessed dhide is better as the improved magic defence is irrelevant, the ranged defence difference is marginal, the increased melee defence of d'hide helps against snakelings, and the prayer bonus helps not use as much supplies. I doubt it matters too much. I have been learning zulrah fairly successfully with blessed dhide and mystics. Karil's Skirt is only useful when you're doing melee and need magic defense. Unlike Blessed D-Hide, or the Armadyl Chainskirt it doesn't have negative offensive melee bonuses. Elite void bottoms sadly do the same job better.
